Dormammu is undefeated in his own realm. I heard his power is limitless. The only reason Dr. STRANGE got him to submit is by trapping him in a " time lock " forcing him to bargin with Strange. Brilliant tactic but Dr. Strange died many times in the process proving he wouldnt unlock time unless Dormammu cooperated. There was no clash between them, other then a strategic bargaining skill coerced by Strange. Id like to see the extent of Dormammu's power because we didnt see that in the movie.

All of these people are only capable of defeating a starving galactus. While Öðin is capable of defeating a moderately-fed galctus putting him above all of the mentioned people besides galctus. Though I still doubt if Odin himself makes it in the top 10.

I am not kidding but doom is best villain in marvel comics. He is so versatile villain that he comes in conflict with avengers and x men, and fantastic four (the latter one in most cases) from a street level fight to a multiversal threat. Well mephisto is considered equal to odin, for dormammu, he is consumed like a planet by galactus and galactus is a cosmic entity who does not a villain on its own and becomes villains sometime due to storyline. According to me, the top 3 villains in marvel comics are: 1. God emperor doom 2. Beyonders 3. Knull Beyonders are also cosmic entities which are generally not villain but they attempt to destroy multiverse only for fun.
