It's interesting how they kept their speed slide complex after becoming a Legoland park. When Aquatica San Diego became Sesame Place, they had a speed slide called Hoo Roo Run but took it out because of how intense it was for kids. Thankfully they kept all the other slides they had.

Also legoland would have their more thrilling slides stay since, unlike sesame place, its geared to people slightly older (though they did open the peppa pig theme park in the parking lot), meanwhile sesame place is for like, ages 3-5.

@@GorillaWithACellphone I don't know about that. They have the same age demographic in my opinion. You usually stop playing with legos around the same time you stop watching Sesame Street if not earlier.
@GorillaWithACellphone Жыл бұрын
@@mitchellries256 Eh, Theres adults who play with legos, probably some that watch sesame street, but i feel like lego is often geared towards 8-13 year olds since tiny pieces (Lego duplo is for smaller children) plus theres sets of stuff thats geared for more bigger kids. But I understand your point.

@@GorillaWithACellphone 8-13 years old? Well I will confess I have a friend who is still fascinated with legos to this day and he did get me a Lego set for Christmas of Winnie-The-Pooh's house but otherwise Legos were one of the first toys I ever played with as a preschooler. But times change I suppose.

@@mitchellries256 true, they do, and i was only saying that thats the intended ages, obviously theres older and younger people using it.

Fun fact! A majority of the rides here are identical to the ones at splash island at wild adventures. This is because at one point they were owned by the same company. Cypress Gardens was once the sister park to wild adventures

No. It's located next to Legoland but it's not part of it. It's operated by a different chain.

Cute water park I guess. I still think Legoland Resorts are beyond overpriced. They’re missing some of that immersion and a good selection of rides that everyone enjoys, especially when they price themselves similar to Disney or Universal

At LEGOLAND Germany there will be built the first Coaster with Inversions (B&M Wing Coaster) in 2023, at least. So it will have 4 coasters and already isnt that expensive like the american parks. But one the other hand it isn't a real "resort" and you can't find any water parks there.....
@mackenziefritz81692 жыл бұрын
@@marzok9632 wow a B&M wing coaster sounds awesome for a Legoland Park! I'm hoping they start investing in larger rides, even more world-class dark rides would be awesome.
@marzok96322 жыл бұрын
@@mackenziefritz8169 officially "B&M Wing Coaster" isn't confirmed already, but there is a confirmed information with "special seat position next to the rail (with inversions)", which only can be this coaster typ in reality....especially for the MERLIN Entertainment Group and there pevious B&M orders.
