Do you ever have those moments that make you sit back and laugh? You just can't make this up. Crazy moments make for fun stories. I'm happy to be on the flip side of the week and can now sit back, with a cool glass of apple cider, and laugh at everything.

We always saved a bucket in the separator room in the porch for table scraps and food scraps plus any old or unused milk from milking that we had for the pigs, they absolutely loved it. We called it the slop bucket. Lol.

We have a slop bucket too 🙌🏼 I just forget to take it(or remind kids to) feed it daily and sometimes it gets nasty!! 😆🤣

I’m so sorry for all the problems you had while your hubby was gone! I’m sorry there were moments that I had to laugh when you said the pigs wouldn’t eat the food because it was wet! I think you have some spoiled 🐷🐷 I’m sure it wasn’t funny to you but sometimes it’s better to laugh than to cry, bless your heart I’m sure you we’re glad when you’re hubby came home, 😂

😅 wow ! I can only imagine how defeated you must have felt at times!! All I can say coming from a dairy farmer, wife and mother… after a slight moment of grief and frustration, laughing is the only option that’s left lol so many times I’ve questioned why in the world do this just to hear people say our products are too expensive. BUT when God calls you to do something you stick at it and Trust Him in the storm. Thank God for faithful Husbands 🙌🏻💪🏻 These times of trials make us so much more resilient, and give us no choice but to throw our hands up in surrender. Way to go !!! You made it through with a great story to tell. And your children got to be a part of a lot of problem solving skills 😅🎉
