If they are in fact doing a winners season I think they need to drastically change up the format. In my opinion, what they should do is have a smaller cast than regular season, like 8-10 girls max, and have NO eliminations. None of them want to be that first boot and WoW loses no matter who they decide is first out as all of them have massive fanbases. Instead they should introduce some kind of point system and keep all the queens throughout the competition, that way they can secure every queen gets a fair amount of screentime which is all we want out of this kind of season, then at the end whoever has the most points wins the whole thing. I’d also love if they’d bring back classic challenges throughout drag race, either completely or with some sort of twist. Besides, we all love when the reference the show and Snatch Game, the only recurring challenge, is by far the most popular. Like, imagine a Shakesqueers redo that has the exact same script and everything but with Bob and Bianca in it, that’s just a recipe for great TV.

here's how i think this would go down: it would definitely be a point system. a cool twist would be that each week there would be 2 lip-syncs. one for the top 2 and one for the bottom 2. whoever wins the top 2 lip-sync gets extra points and whoever loses the bottom 2 gets points deducted. the only issue i see here is that the winner would be extremely predictable by mid season

ive thought abt this for so long and for my idea of an all-winners format is 1. No eliminations throughout the season; the queens earn points every episode (maybe 1 twist elim halfway through the season but idk) 2. Ru chooses a winner and that queen doesn't compete the next episode, but rather gets to judge the girls in the following challenge 3. The two high queens lip sync for their legacy to win an advantage for the next episode and increase their track record

What I'd love to see from a season like this is no eliminations until the final 4. Create a space for all of the queens to show what they've got and then the judges pick a top 4 based on the track records of the queens and who's really shined, then finish the season strong with an epic finale. I specifically remember jinkx and bob talking about an all winners season in a video together, and I think Alaska might’ve brought it up on her podcast? I also remember seeing trixie explicitly turn down coming back in a video somewhere. I don’t doubt that most former winners have been asked about it at some point. Tbh, I see Bob the Drag Queen winning the whole thing since she grew so much in terms of makeup and fashion, she’s an activist, and I can see her succeeding Ru as the next host of dragrace (and that could be the ultimate prize). So in that logic Alaska would be the next best choice since she lives and breathes drag race. Jinkx would probably get a very good showing and endear herself even more to a wider audience (she’s still quite underrated as a winner). Raja has said many times she’ll come back and she could be the black horse of the competition. For some reason, I still don’t see Bianca wanting to come back, like you all said, she has more to lose. With Priyanka, you have to remember how COVID/ Dorito man has truly stressed Canadian and US relations. We have been fighting to keep the border CLOSED and it feels like so many Americans want it open again. Our case count is so much lower up here that even if Priyanka was contacted, she would have to jump through so many hoops just to legally cross the border as well as getting a valid work permit in case she does win.

I think they didn't call Jaida but called Shea is because they need Shea for a storyline production has really been trying (forcing even) to show which is Shea vs. Sasha; and I also believe that the reason Sasha declined being back for a lip sync assasin and now an all winners season is because she's smart enough to know that they'll use her to get into Shea's head.

From the first season to the most recent one they've definitely evolved with how they rate each queen and they expect more than what they did in previous seasons so that dynamic would be very interesting to see how the earlier seasons would do vs the more recent ones. My money would be on Raja, Bianca, or Bob.
