It seems like this is the first time in a decade that I spent the week highly anticipating a game where there were genuine stakes on the line and Nebraska showed up and performed! What a night!

Waited all day for this like a kid at Christmas! Let’s go!! As for the second half. I think it reminded me of 2003 ISU @ NU We bang out to 28-0 and then the second half was just NU chewing clock against a team who had nothing left.

GBR!! Great game. Watching it from home, could really tell Memorial Stadium was rocking after Tommi’s pick 6! Also guys, are you going to do the “who’s in the club?” Analogy this year?

Watching Jacory Barney stiff arm Travis Hunter and drag him along for 7-10 yards was amazing. (4th quarter play that got called back due to a really bad holding call.)

How about the photobomb by Tommy Frazier on Rhule’s pregame on field interview by the sideline reporter…Rhule, without missing a beat in the interview: “Hey! That’s Tommie Frazier!”

You two were cathartic during our losing time. You put things in perspective and gave us a good laugh. So you need to come up with a name. What are we going to call this before. When we were the stumbling bumbling huskers. I'll hang up and listen for the next podcast.

Man. "We're traumatized" is such a spot on take. After every drive, offense OR defense, after celebrating with folks in the stands around me, my comment was always "Im still nervous". Until halfway through the fourth haha. And yes, I'd agree, the pick6 was the loudest point

Coach Rhule didn't prepare his team for the second half. We've never been up 28 to zero with a dominating defense in the first half. How we going to keep this thing rolling in the second half and stay with this lead. A whole new set of problems. 😉 GBR!

about Dowdell's run on the first drive, I agree he could have made a move on the safety but that was Shilo Sanders and I think he wanted to truck him because everyone knows he's not physical. Sanders didn't get trucked per se because he dived but you could tell he wanted none of that. If he would have got a square hit on him it might have knocked him out.
@chrisbeach60432 ай бұрын
He put Shilo out of the game on that hit.

@@1216Rocker That is my sentiment. The closest thing that comes to mind is a 2014 where you have Malik Collins, Vincent Valentine, and Randy Gregory. But the linebackers and secondary weren’t as good as this years. The depth is impressive as well. When Cam Lenhardt and James Williams step into the game they get after it.

All things aside, ya got a great POD thing going here dudes, most of (if not all) of what I heard in this, are already conceived thoughts & emotions all the true sker’ fans have dude. Love the 1st half but the second half offense was abysmal. Really looked to me like the OC went panic mode and just tried to kill clock way to early. This make me nervous against teams with better "D" when they need to keep the petal down. The Black Shirts were lights out!!! D is balling out.

Sub-Prime is not a coach. He is a grifter that has turned the CU football program into Sanders Family Football LLC. His huge contract for evidently not coaching. His sons get scholarships and stipend from CU. His sons are pimped for huge NIL money and big NFL contracts. His TV commercials and what else?
