All-you-can-eat buffet of specialty seaweed udon noodles & chef's elaborate dishes for a bargain $13

A buffet with cheap price, high quality of food and excellent hospitality.
Mogiri Udon Aoba Weekend Lunch Buffet is a new buffet restaurant in Aoba.
Mogiri Udon Aoba opened on the 1st floor of Rembrandt Style Tokyo Nishi-Kasai in July 2022, under the management of Kinari Japanese Cuisine.
It holds buffets for both breakfast and weekday lunch, and this time we visited for the lunch buffet, which is available only on weekends and holidays.
The dishes prepared by Japanese cuisine chefs, such as roast beef, sashimi of fresh fish, and tempura, were all as exquisite as if they were served in a ryotei (Japanese-style restaurant).
The famous Mogiri Udon noodles were delicious, with a smooth texture and a subtle seaweed aroma.
There are also Chinese dishes, such as mapo doufu (bean-curd soup seasoned with red bean paste), and the menu is a wonderful blend of Japanese and Western dishes, all of which are all-you-can-eat.
Seasonal fruits, handmade monaka, and warabimochi (rice cakes) were also available.
The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is very comfortable.
Feel free to visit the restaurant even if you are on your own.
We would like to visit again as the menu changes with the seasons.
On Mondays, only the breakfast buffet is available.
I visited this time for the weekend lunch buffet, but there is also a weekday lunch buffet.

There is not a lot of meat. But since the price is only 2000 yen (or about 13 USD), and the food is all cooked, meaning you don't need to spend time to grill the meat or do anything like that, I think you can still make your money worth. By the way, the food looks very tasty. I particularly want to try the "cold corn potage" (7:08). That is something I never had before. Thanks for sharing!.

Thank you for introducing this buffet, but also these noodles made with Akamoku. I did not know about these before. Is it possible that they are lower in carbohydrates (low carb) than other noodles? If so, this is a wonderful discovery!
