You may want to check out Great Chefs of the World. There is some background music at times but usually the chef is cooking alone. The narrator typically chimes in only to clarify on ingredients when the chef isn't specific, and she talks like it's a golf tournament.

As a chef, I must say the number of pans and bowls used to create this one dish of food was so incredibly inefficient and un-resourceful. Also, that pasta was in the water and sauce for so long it was well past al dente at service time.

Such a clean and well organized kitchen!! It would be pleasure just to wash dishes and do the additional cleaning in such an establishment! I know this because I spent a few years doing this job to work my way through college.

Looks wonderful! I'll give this a go, tho finding high quality bread crumbs.... Jan 7 update. I made this yesterday and it, did indeed, turn out wonderful! I skipped the bread crumb / anchovy / lemon zest topping. I had intended to add the lemon zest, just forgot to do it 🤣. The detail on how to add the garlic, just smash and go, a great technique!

Very nicely done! Nice contrast to the videos done in America where there is just waaay too much talking. Just want to watch you cook! This, ladies and gentlemen, is why Europeans stay thin without doing any of the low carb or carnivore nonsense. Just awesome food at moderate portion sizes.

Some places keep their plates (be it pasta or pizza) in a heated compartment just so they're nice and warm. This seems like a high end place where they do the same (I think).
