ANA InterContinental Hotel Tokyo is located in Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
The nearest station is Tameike-sanno Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line.

This time, I visited the Cascade Cafe on the second floor.
The café offers a daily breakfast buffet, lunch buffet, and dinner buffet.
The interior of the restaurant is spacious and liberating, and the service is sophisticated and very comfortable.

I last stayed at this hotel about 15 years ago and LOVED the breakfasts. The price is rather higher now (it was about 2,800yen back then) but very little has changed. And they still serve Eggs Benedict (so delicious!). I really want to return.

The breakfast buffet here was wonderful with a wide variety of dishes. I love being able to relax early in the morning. Due to rising prices, restaurants are getting more expensive.

@@aya_food_adventures - comparing to London the cost/performance is still high. And for a four hour period it is excellent value. The perfect place to be for someone with jet lag who is stubbornly 口寂しい 😊

Thanks again for your comments. It is very encouraging. I try to do my best to make the camera work so that the food becomes the star of the video. There were so many dishes at the ANA buffet that I couldn't eat them all. I wish I had a bigger stomach.

Watching halfway, I was thinking "damn this place kinda not worth the price..." But at 8:07 you showed us why it's pricey 😅 seems the place caters mainly to international tourists? The food is very western-ny compared to your other hotel breakfast videos.

It is as you say. It's a very large selection and it's mainly western food. Many foreign tourists were using the restaurant.

Thousand Island dressing was created in Canada. I like to have my peanut butter mixed with Rogers gold syrup. I like to eat pineapple with salt. How can you eat so much?

Thanks for watching and commenting. I never knew that Southern Island dressing was made in Canada. How to eat peanut butter and Rogers syrup sounds very delicious. Next time I'll try the pineapple with some salt. Gluttony may be my specialty. I can eat a lot if I have plenty of time. I eat a lot only when I'm shooting. I usually eat small meals and try to do muscle training and aerobic exercise for my health.

Aya, I've always been curious, at what point are you actually starting to feel full...and then just pushing yourself to eat more? It's always such beautiful food, but I could never eat as much as this comfortably. And let me tell you, I'm probably 2 times larger than the average Japanese woman for sure 😅😅😅😅😅

Thanks for your comment. It was around 13:01 when I was eating Chinese food that I felt full. Buffet is from 6:30 to 10:30 in the morning. Seats are available until 11:00. On this day, I ate the donuts and sweet bread that I was interested in until the closing time while working lightly. (I didn't include bread in the video because I can't eat it cleanly.) I eat a little more than the average Japanese woman. I wish I could eat more. Still, I always enjoy eating at buffets until closing time. I am very happy to spend time at the buffet where I can eat as much as I like. I am a true foodie😋🤤😅

I saw the homepage of Tobu Hotel. There are 6 hotels in Tokyo, and I thought they were all wonderful. I don't know if it's possible to shoot,I will think about it.
