Hey man, I wanted to thank you for the vids you have posted about the fruit and spice park! My family and I just visited there today and we wouldn't have ever heard of it had you not posted your videos. It is mango season and let me tell you, we probably ate 20 mangos between us. There were so many mangos on the ground that everyone in the park had their fill. You just can't eat them all.

John, I keep forgetting to ask you, and I don't know who else to ask, but is it okay to juice lemons with carrots? Or would that be a bad combo. I've been having first thing in the morning a carrot juice mixed with lemon and got to thinking it might not be the best combination. I have my green drinks the rest of the day and maybe one more carrot as I'm an avid juicer.

I enjoyed hearing your slurping! That's why This was very hard to watch. I'm 63 i moved here 7 years ago. I used to move around and have a good time doing it. Now I've become sick and can't work to get money to leave. Now this is the really sad part. I love mango. The stores here have only had mango two times and both times picked way to soon. I bought them took them home and they rotted before getting ripe. The fruits and vegetables here are the slimmest pickings in America. !!!

I'm a Haitian woman whose favorite fruit is mango. I also spent some time living in a raw vegan house and community. I enjoyed this video except for one thing: the knife-waving. Could you please not point and wave and raise the knife to your face while you eat and talk? I have PTSD and had a really hard time watching this sharp objects being waved around. And every time you raised it to your face as you ate I thought you were gonna stab yourself in the eye accidentally! If you could please use the knife, then put it down or away until you need it again, that would be great, thanks!

I am having so much trouble going vegan, I just suffer especially the first couple days, i can eat 50 mangos and still feel hungry :( ... what can I eat that gives me the same satisfaction as meat does? Becasue vegan burgers just arent doing it, i'm struggling.

Starchy and fibrous foods - potatoes, sweet potato, whole grain rice, whole grain bread, leafy greens, squash, dried beans, peas, lentils, bananas etc. all of these things will fill you up and provide the nutrients you need. You can also get pea or rice protein powders, which are also very filling. Allot of these foods you can also eat raw if you choose to (not potatoes, rice, or bread though).

Would be good if they allowed you to take home the seed of the mango you liked best.
@horaciocastillo14357 жыл бұрын
It does not make sense if you want to plant the seed because all this mango varieties are hybrids and the seeds don't produce fruits. You have to buy the small dwarf trees at the nurseries. At the plantations the best tree ripened mangos are eaten by cattle and horses. we do not pick ripe mangos for the markets.

Unfortunately, the plane trip, rental car, and hotel stay sort of make the mangoes in the local supermarket or health food store a whole lot cheaper, especially since you can only eat what you pick off the ground. Mail order mangoes are expensive, too. A small box of about 5-6 mangoes costs at least $50. Thanks, but no thanks.
