My dad has grown a garden for years. He always has an abundance of cucumber, so I found a large silicone ice tray and make ice blocks with the cucumber juice and put in ziplock bags ready for use when I want. Have it year round..if it lasts that long!!!

I use Monkfruit to sweeten it because I'm T2D, although you really don't need to add any sweetener, it's good on its own and refreshing over lots of crushed ice. 👌🏼😋

Love this! Do you find the simple syrup makes a difference rather then just adding the sugar and mixing all together? ...I love adding pulsed strawberry to mine
