I have 2 electric coffee grinders: one for freshly ground coffee in the morning & the other is dedicated to spices. Freshly ground cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, etc are so much more flavorful than the pre-ground spices I usually buy.

Yes I love alot of the spices too. That pepper soup spice is so flavourful. I use it for local jolof rice, egusi Soup the taste is nice.
