I have also been trying to find a dealer. Can't be found anywhere. As an Engineer and from an Engineering standpoint, I do believe this to be the perfect design configuration. Damn! Wish I'd thought of it. Leave it to the Dutch to come up with it first!

There is hardly any wind near the ground. For example, the study “Onymous early-life performance degradation analysis of recent photovoltaic module technologies” shows, that even after 30 years approx 57 percent of the modules tested still deliver more than 80 percent of their original performance.
