The first time I am properly understanding ‘in-camera’ in law. I think it’s a misnomer. I always thought it was rather in camera like an English understanding. I write and understand English quite well but I think if I was taught in my native Twi language, I’d been better. Most Indians learn in Hindi and understand it from their perspective.
