Sure is. Not many people can explain things so simply that it makes it easy to understand. Some chess coaches don't understand that some things that they take for granted are actually not well understood by lower rates players. He understands this and fills in the gaps in that lack of understanding

Can you please do a video on calculation. A lot of sub 1500 Elo players really don't know how to calculate properly. Can you show us your technique. I tend to jump all over the place. I know you did one before but could you do one showing exactly what you do and how to stop messy calculation.
@LionChess Жыл бұрын
Messy calculation is fixed by the previous one which shows the most important technique of "Most Forcing First!" which talks about the ORDER of calculation so that you don't go all over the place. Checks, then captures, then threats. I'd love for you to watch that one again and post a comment there if something is unclear! I'll do one more calculation video on "Making conclusions correctly", but I'm not sure that's what you're looking for

Hmmm.. Everything seems to be okay on my end, I'm not sure what the problem could be.. Is anyone else having this problem?

Conceptually brilliant teaching lessons, but fail because of rapid - fire narrations. Students can't think that fast. Whst a pity. 😭😭

Thank you for the feedback, I'll do my best to slow down in future videos! It's mostly excitement to get the point across haha P.S. sorry for the late response, didn't get a notification from KZbin
