Also don't wash your hair everyday, wash it every other day to keep the color from fading so fast and coconut oil is really good for your hair as a hair treatment, just put it on 40 minutes to an hour before you shower and make sure you rinse your hair good so it doesn't look oily from the coconut oil, only do hair treatments once a week or your hair will look oily and it can make your color fade

Fatima Høwlter you can dye your hair a lighter shade of brown (the lightest you can get) and dye blue over it ,the color won't be as vibrant opposed to bleaching first but it still works since you want a dark shade of blue

The hairdye that I used last , I think I am never gonna use it again. I used Colorista from Loreal Paris and I am removing it for almost seven months! First i tried their "FADER" and that didnt work well, even if you let it in your hair longer than expected. Yes I´ve tried baking soda, head and shoulders,vitamin c, and lemon. It helped remove it a lot, but it is still in my hair. Two months ago I texted to Loreal Paris and I asked what should I do. On every text I sent they have been responding after two days even if they saw the message. The last qestion I asked was If their new "REMOVER" will work on unbleached hair (because Colorista are dyes that can be used on darker colors than blond) And they havent respond yet. I was told that I am waiting because they are waiting to get answer from technical department. By the way, I read the comments from other users of Colorista and there were much people that claimed that the dye was very quickly out or stayed much longer and were almost impossible to remove. Of corse there were people for whom it worked perfectly. After dying the hair was very smooth and the color very bright (i used turquise, witch looked more like green) and it was green - blue I liked it , but it wasnt that blue I was going for. Now the dye is still in my hair it is so light hardly pastel but I have a hard time removing even that small amount of my hair. The worst part is that i cant use bleach because the dye contains henna (it is not pure henna , but in is some henna and there is a warning of not using bleach.

It depends on what type of blue you want, if you want a darker blue then most likely you wouldn't have to bleach it. However if you wanted a pastel or just a light, minty colour you would need to bleach it (but only once since auburn hair isn't too dark).

I think this video is a great idea !! But also if you use strong bleach you need to be careful using bleach because it can break your hair off I wouldn't recommend beginners bleaching they're own(or anyone else's) hair and go to a local hairdressers Bleach can be really dangerous 😁

Thank you dear. Because you have black hair you'll have to bleach it more than once, but I advise you don't do it on the sam day. I would bleach it, wait 2 weeks or more (I know it's hard to wait with your hair half bleached, but you can hear a pretty wig for 2 weeks lol) thank bleach it again and than just use a blonde toner, or one of those purple shampoos to make the colour less yellow. Because I think it's quite damaging if you put permanent blonde hair dye on top of black :)

I don't know if this is gonna help you but...I dyed my hair fuchsia many times and it always fades to a pastel pink, and then to a kind of orange, after two or three months it's completely gone (im naturaly blonde)

I think it depends how light your hair is underneath. If it's very light it'll fade to pastel pink and than blonde, but if not it will get orange/ weird brown
