When uploading the scanned daad application form, must it be a colored document?

Yes dear. Colored makes the document nice. Just scan the document and you will get it’s original form

Also in Nigeria, we get a certificate after our one year national service and our internship too, can these certificates be added as proof of employment? I mean to prove that I have my 2years of work?

If you have worked in an organization for at least two years and the organization can give you an employment certificate and a recommendation that that is fine. Otherwise you can use the national service certificate to support your application
