You havn't ask two important questions, my question is whether he appeared for IELTS exam before applying or after he got admission and then he attempt IELTS exam. The second question is that he applied early or late

You are welcome dear Mohamad. Getting visa is not a big deal in Luxembourg if you get the admission. For some programs it is better not to mention your first master degree.

Hii brooo this is Uday from India. Application for data science course is from February to April which I got to know in University site. My bachelor's 4 year 2nd sem certificate is given after April . I had doubt that I can apply for this course by providing provisional certificates til my bachelor's degree 4 year 1st semester certificates. Or it is enough by providing a good motivation letter for 4 year 2 sem certificate.

As far as I know, University accepts only the official and certified documents for english proficiency.
