Lack of self confidence in an individual can hinder a person from sales, (meeting other's and giving a presentation). If one gains more confidence, and actually sees other's and gives the presentations success is more reachable.

for everyone who complains about the vector marketing, the best way is to "gang up." what needs to happen is for everyone to get together and find a few cutco sells people, and contact them so they have constant sales calls and demonstrations WITHOUT selling anything. That way vector marketing has to keep paying them a "wage" cause they are making the calls and demonstrations, but not the sales. If this happens enough and to a large extent and for a long enough period of time, then vector will have to "reconsider" their policies and methods. This requires something that most likely won't happen and that is people to help others out to solve a problem. My son just started this and will soon run out of friends and family, and be very disappointed. But, I am not asking for my son, I am asking that all those who have problems with what vector is doing to get together and work the system, to solve the true problem. Keep someone getting a paycheck without selling by keeping them with contacts and calls and demonstrations so vector has to pay them.

Nice scheme lol, but if your son runs out of leads that’s his own fault. I knew people who sold millions of dollars of Cutco by being clever and generating leads in creative ways instead of crying because they ran out of phone numbers.

Also, for example I go to my uncles, and I demonstrate for like 40 mins and he doesn't buy, then he tells his friend (for the sake of me making money) to just see my demonstration. Maybe you could like 15 appointments a week and get like 225 bucks

You need to cover who sets up the apointment you or Kutco. Does Kuto give you leads to call if you have to call for lead generation, or does Kutco make the apointment????? Do both decision makers such as husband and wife have to be present for presn and demo or can you do a 1 legged presen which measn only the wife or the husband are present.?? How long is the demo?/ Do you qualify prospects for Demo such as are they both working, or is just 1 spouse working? How long have they been on the job? Do they own their own house or do they rent? What type of work do they do, ARE THEY A BANK ROBBER, HAVE THEY SPENT TIME BEHIND BARS? WHAT IS THEIR CREDIT RATING? Is the a warrant out for their arrest????? How many knives do you demo??? Is their a cost for knives to invest in???

Most of the haters in the comment section are angry because they didn't get hired. Well I just got hired with Vector and I'm super excited! I start as a sales rep for a company called Cutco as soon as we finish the 2 training. Anyone who thinks its a scam is delusional. You have the opportunity to make thousands and even have a base pay to fall back on which is way more than an hourly job. I plan on selling 10,000 the first 10 days. 20 demos= 10 thousand easy. Thats almost 4 thousand dollars of income in my pocket! I even went up to the division manager of the entire northern branch office after my interview and told him i was interested in working with the Vector as a full time career. All the haters just didn't make the cut for the position. Some make it and some don't, so its expected. If anyone even bothered to pay attention during the interview process you are told you have to put in the hard work to be successfull. Most of the losers that badmouth Vector are rejects that are bitter for not getting offered a position and know on the back of their mind they will be working mcdonalds the rest of their lives

rosy cetino Well, try it out, they will show you how good the products are during the training. Then decide if you want it or not.

I gotchu! There is a verification form that you bring on each appointment asking for the customer's phone number, email is not necessary. Then they verify that you did the appointment with your customer over the phone. Ezpz ;)
