@@carloshenrique-xb5bz though It's sorta sad that Yuzu became a Damsel in Distress, and the XYZ arc was so short, and most characters were forgotten, i don't hate this series it's actually one of my favorites and my first Yu-Gi-Oh Series, i even use a pendulum magician deck focused on summon Z-Arc on Master Duel (though i still didn't get to summon him...).

Judai had the most duels between those 3. Yugi is legendary (History Books) and Yusei never lost a single duel but only in flashbacks. Yuma Tsukumo never used Normal Monsters nor has he ever Fusion Summoned. Yuya is the only protagonist to have Pendulum Summon. These 5 have their own unique attributes that I've discovered.

Arc V may be low on my list of favorite Yugioh series, but what it does right is fantastic. While it didn’t stick to all of the unique Action Fields and cards for story reasons, it’s emphasis on environments and the idea of dueling having genres really improved the real life card game in my opinion. A lot of my favorite archetypes either came out or got a sort of revival during Arc V. Same goes for field spells which really starting increasing in quality and quantity after Arc V came to be. I love the concept of duels having genres like a tv show or movie where the field and deck share a core theme. I like the idea of rival duel schools, each focusing on teaching different types of strategies and mechanics. While we lost these when Arc V started going to other dimensions, we still got a lot of cool things. The king and bullet return with cards improving the consistency of their decks while still feeling like they belong with the original decks instead of just some weird AU mess that could have been. All sorts of great nods and Easter eggs show up more frequently if you know where to look. The accidental jump to the Xyz dimension gave us more Destiny HERO cards, something that made me literally jump for joy when I first saw them. Kaito/Kite came back with a different deck because it makes sense for him to not have Photon in this continuity and instead we got Cipher, an archetype I personally like more than Photon even if it needs more support. It sort of dipped with the fusion dimension, but not enough to make me hate or even dislike Arc V. I look forward to revisiting the first season than the show as a whole, but that’s more so due to how much I love the Action Duels before they just become Bubsy 3D platforms. I get the reason why they have those, but it doesn’t change the fact that the environments that they use them in aren’t interesting to me for the most part.

ahhh que buen época fue la de arc-v recuerdo que en la escuela funde gracias a la ayuda de un profesor el club de juegos, y el principal era yugioh, y si mi deck era odd-eyes magician jaja, recuerdo que cuando me gradué los chicos nuevos me pidieron un duelo de 5 vs 1 y termine ganándoles con z-arc, ademas es curioso, justo termino la escuela antes de ir a la universidad y comenzó la era de los links jsjsjsj

I must say when I started watching Arc V I was surprised how well they did the show. The first two seasons were really good buuutttt then came season 3 and from there on it kinda become more and more a mess. Which was really dissapointing cause the show had so much potenial to be one best Yugioh shows but near the end I actually didnt care so much anymore what would happend next. The story plots towards the end were either: boring, dum or anticlimactic.

Yuya never talked to Yugo just like how Yuto never talked to Yuri. Ever wonder why to keep them from coming together with the wrong counterpart. If Yugo can beat Yuto then Yuri defeats Yugo then Yuya defeats Yuri then what if Yuto could've beaten Yuya or Yuto defeated Yuri. Or Yugo defeats Yuya. Or Yuya defeating Yugo. There are some many combination duels that could've happened but was never brought up. I think a lot on the hype when Yugo was going to duel Yuri it was a total let down when Yugo lost I honestly thought he was going to win and rescue Rin from Yuri and Akaba Leo's clutches. Yuto never faced off against Yuri maybe we can get a flashback duel of them facing off with their Dark Dragons.

@@gyppygirl2021 agreed, it restricts the player way too much for little pay off. Pendulum was kind of a mess but at least it didn't change much. You used to be able to just ignore it for the most part, unlike Links.

The nerfs swung them in the other direction (heh, pendulum joke), while links are still going strong to this day... ...yes, I'm just whining at this point :V

Well there is this pretty fun theory that vrians is a ritual dimension that got seprated from the other 4 sinde Darcy didn’t have a ritual dragon and thus no ritual shard was made This then evolved into link as link and ritual as some ascetic similarities and brains is the show we see the most varied ritual summoning in since good old duel monsters
