A few things I noticed -links design from the donkey kong game is CDI link -the light in the room with the koriki symbol looks like a star fragment -the girl who owns the vase is a lot like the flower lady in botw -another answer on the question with "a legendary sword" crystal stars refer to star fragments -the demon on question 4 is Gannon

You missed out Wario's Adventure from the first WarioWare. When Wario gets the treasure from the chest during that microgame, he holds it up like Link does in the N64 games and a "Wario-fied" version of the Zelda item tune plays.

Y'know what I'm so surprised there wasn't a mention of Yoshi Dolls in Metal Gear Solid 3D Snake Eater, Kirby and Starfy being in theater posters in Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga, Mr. Game and Watch being in Donkey Kong Country Returns, Link's name being mentioned in a Final Fantasy game on a gravestone, Pacman in a Mario Kart game, Samus appearing in Kirby’s Dreamland 3, Metroid-like creatures (Komaytos) in Kid Icarus, Kirby also fights Metroids in Dreamland 3. In Link's Awakening Link fights various Mario enemies and even Kirby himself there's more to this crossover thing then you know. Donkey Kong and Luigi being in the audience of The Arcade Punch Out That's all I can think of. I wonder why Nintendo doesn’t do things like this these days. I was hoping to see a bunch of References and Easter Eggs in Odyssey.
