Alla Hnatiuk on the Work of NGOs during the Full-Scale Invasion

Alla Hnatiuk is an economist researching the impact of the Russo-Ukrainian War on Ukrainian NGOs. Her project consists of three parts: examining the legal and financial framework of NGO operation, conducting interviews with practitioners, and analyzing the data.
In this video, Alla speaks about the initial shock NGOs experienced during the first months of the full-scale invasion, how approximately 50% of Ukrainian NGOs persisted and why others failed to do so, and how educational projects adapted to the state of war.
