Long story short: The prophet ﷺ made 3 duas. 2 accepted, 1 rejected: 1- Let no enemy destroy my ummah ✅ 2- Let no disease eliminate my ummah ✅ 3- Let the muslims not fight each other 🚫 Why? Only Allah knows.

People say "Only Allah knows" in response to the rejection of the third dua because it is part of Islamic belief that Allah's wisdom is beyond human comprehension. The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) made three supplications for his Ummah: That no external enemy would completely destroy the Muslim community. ✅ (Accepted) That no disease would entirely wipe out the Muslim Ummah. ✅ (Accepted) That Muslims would not fight among themselves. ❌ (Rejected) The third dua was not granted, and the reason for this is known only to Allah. Some scholars interpret this as a divine test for the Ummah, a reminder that unity is something Muslims must actively strive for rather than something granted automatically. Others see it as a reflection of human nature and free will-despite guidance, people may still choose division over unity. Since Allah's wisdom encompasses things beyond human understanding, believers accept that some matters are known only to Him, and they trust in His ultimate wisdom.

Brother maybe this is a sign that you should move on, getting addicted to something so much so you cant accept anybody else besides her is bad. If Allah wills for that girl to be in your life than you will get her, pray and make Dua's but if you don't that means Allah has willed something far better for you. Don't lose your sleep over this. Allah knows the best :)
