That it was just a bit of wrestling but 5 minutes later at 1.05.45 a St Kents player knees a Scots player in the head, you hear the Scots player say "he kicked me he kicked me" so it kind of evens out ah

So the Kent’s player get a red for doing nothing but the Scots player doesn’t get red carded at 1:00:48 for grabbing a guys neck and throwing him in the floor. Sure seems fair.

@oxry27463 жыл бұрын
If they drop it and it touches the floor and goes forward it's a knock on and a turnover so the otherteam gets the ball but if it goes backwards then you can carry on.

Why are they wearing those weird caps ? I know its a posh school but still.
@dubleu54413 жыл бұрын
Alot of 1st XVs have these caps. In rugby a cap is a game, so if you've played 10 games, you have 10 caps. I don't think that would happen in school rugby though so maybe if a player has played 5 games they get a cap.

It's probably scottish culture mixed with maori culture, and in traditional games (Historic games played at a certain time like once every year) most 1st XVs do there school haka.
@timetraveler7593 жыл бұрын
About time this face-contortioning, psychotic haka to start every game, was abandoned. Its old hat, its boring, its Neanderthal, its a waste of time and energy. We live in a more civilised world, now. Just get on with the game...which originated from England.
@granthunter84503 жыл бұрын
Too true! Overused and boring.
@zheni2am9903 жыл бұрын
It ain't abandoned, our schools still do it. St Kents didn't do the haka because they're an international school in new Zealand. They have players from around the world. We don't do the haka to intimidate others, we do the haka because it's apart of our countries indigenous culture, show some respect🤦🏾♂️. no body cares if it was originated in England because you guys hardly come 1st🤣🤣🤣

@@zheni2am990 - I'm a Kiwi living abroad, and not rascist. I had Maori & Polynesian friends and footy mates while living there.The traditional haka was used by Maori in a war scenario and important ceremonies, not for a footy game. It was enough to bear when the NZ All Blacks performed it ritualistically before every game they played. Now, it seems that EVERY NZ school 1stXV are using it, to the extent that its lost its significance. Its now boring to watch and detracts from the game itself. (I know of a number of others who feel the same way about it) Leave it alone and get on with the game itself. This is the 21st century...

@@timetraveler759 The haka isn’t for your enjoyment and if you find it “boring to watch” by all means block your ears and turn the other way.
