At 16.24 min, You are saying Ir(+3) is d4 system, which is wrong it should be d6 system.

In the first example, cobalt after charge transfer become labile and high spin. Not low spin as it is d7 right. Which makes it labile

i think that iridium chloro complex is for high spin complex,because chloride is a weak ligand,then d5 forms high spin complex
