When the Washington Capitals won the Stanley Cup last night I had long since been asleep weary from a very hard day, but praying whenever I woke up I'd find out they won everything. In my dream the Caps played a dominant role just like the two nights before it. I think I knew for sure it was gonna be good. So I awaken in the middle of the night and my first thought? Gotta find out if it's true! So I find out yes it is true and that I shared in the dream by having it happen (I'm not making this up) in my dreams. Only now it was real, concrete, fact not fiction, truth. They deserved it. I'm elated. I am blown away. Thank you!

Not gonna lie. Tampa Bay was the toughest opponent the Caps faced in the playoffs. When they beat us in game 5 it didn't look good, but I still believed that we were gonna win the series and it was just gonna take a better effort the next two games.

As a caps fan u guys deserved it. You ended up winning back to back. I said after we beat you guys in 2018 i said that's that's a good team and there gonna win one at some point. And they proved me right. You guys got a great team down there in Tampa and i like u guys unlike the Pens who I hate with a passion so I didn't mind seeing u win back to backs (though I'm not gonna lie i was kinda pulling for the Islanders because I always like those grind it out great defensive teams that Lamoriello I known for building as I was a fan of his Devil teams in the 90s and early 2000s)
