The 10 SECOND Street Cars of Import Face-Off! | Firebird Raceway

I’m today’s video we head to Firebird Raceway to see some 10 Second Cars at Import Face-Off! Turbo K20 Honda Civics, BIG Turbo Supras, Hard Evo 8 Launches, and plenty of 10 second passes! These are some of the fastest street cars in the northwest!
In some last minute planning, I decided to check out the Import Face-Off event being held in Boise, Idaho. I heard there was going to be some insanely fast Honda Civics, so naturally I needed to see! The event was MUCH better than I had anticipated with a great turnout of show cars and sub 10 second cars. I figured I could get some inspiration from some of these Honda Civic builds to see what engine platform most of these guys are running.
The boosted Honda’s were hands down some of the fastest cars there. Modified EG’s and EK civics with plenty of Aero and massive turbos seemed to be the weapon of choice. Keep in mind, most of these care ARE registered street cars and not just track cars. The Supras layed down quite the smoke show with insane burnouts and the Evo launches were neck breaking. Hard to choose what my favorite cars there were, but let’s just say I enjoyed watching Honda’s beat cars with a higher price tag.
This was my first time filming anything around drag racing, so I hope you guys liked it as a change of pace! Maybe next time I’ll have a car that’ll put down an impressive number at the strip. Thanks for watching!

I live in Washington, so i don't get to go to Firebird often. The one time i did go was for a massive bracket race, and i was severely disappointed. We started at like 8:30, when the sun was still behind the hill, and when it came up, cars slowed down 3 tenths of a second. If i have the option not to back for bracket racing, i won't. It seems to be a great track for heads up racing, just not bracket racing.
