I'm a vet bargain tablet buyer for some time. This tablet sold me due to the extreme high professor Octa Core at 2.4ghz. Nor the price range of these ranges of 100 to even 150 $ average processor at 1.5 Octa Core, at 200$ tablets the ghz of Octa Core is 2.0. This tablet is on sale 99 to 120 $ on Amazon. With a 2.4ghz Octa Core , you can stream 2k thru 4k videos without the lagging pulses if stop and go motions of video. At 1.5 to 2.0 ghz, you will have video lagging issues if watching 2 k and up. This is the best 100$ tablet Amazon has up to date. Has latest Android version 12 . This the best tablet I bought even saving more money than previous buys last 3 years.

Im still using it after a year and 10 months since buying. Dropped it a few times but it came with screen protector already applied and has a sturdy metallic casing. I have 2 sim cards , one for phone and text, the other one for internet away from home. I bought a Vastking but its sim s dont work for US carriers so the Allucube is truly worth the buy of being very useful of using daily...@@honantong

I remember your initial video about Chinese Tablets just around the time I first purchased one of the Alldocube tablets and thought, hey this tab is actually good. But that time, I guess you were focusing on alot of the fake tablets being sold online. This brand however together with another brand, CHUWI are definitely worth the money and good value when it comes to budget tabs and highly recommended.

My iplay 40h had screenburns after 3 months of usage where it was mainly used for reading mangas. Iplay40, iplay40h, and iplay40 pro mostly use the same internal parts. Looking at the specs of iplay50 and iplay50 pro, I think they are still using the same lcd screen.

Screenburn is different from overheating. Screenburn is a type of lxd sxreen defect that shows ghost images on your screen.

Screen burn should not happen at all with IPS display

The screenburn was extremely apparent most especially at the sides of the screen. Whenever I am done reading mangas, when I go back to the homescreen the edges of the screen would show ghost images of the webpage I was on.

I got iplay 50 mini from Amazon. So I could return it if it was junk. Well it's perfect. Highly recommend it. And I've tried them all. Only $89. It just works. No lag either.

Thank you for making this! I recently got the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 a couple days ago and was highly disappointed to find out they had removed the LTE functionality from the latest version. So I've been looking at alternatives with little hope, but found this one and wanted more info to be sure it's what I want. Your video gave me the reassurance I needed, order placed! ^^

@@justcornerlurker~ The WiFi version is the only version available anymore. But they don't advertise it as a WiFi version. They don't make that clear anywhere in the specs actually. You're just supposed to notice that the LTE feature is now missing.

You don’t get software updates on these budget tablets, and you usually only get 1 security update. It’s something you have to accept before purchasing a budget Chinese tablet.

Great tablet! I bought the 6gb/64gb and I'm so pleased! It's very fast and connects to Whatsapp off my phone. I also own an ipad 9 and thealldo feels as fast.

@@reikenmakron1774 the iplay50 is just as stunning for reading! I actually prefer it as it’s much lighter and smaller factor. Bear in mind that Netflix/Disney etc only play in sd. KZbin plays up to 1080p. If you plan to use mostly for reading I would recommend over IPad (as much cheaper).

​@@klgadgettvThen its not suitable for media consumption. No Dolby Atmos, no security updates, no OS updates (I asked Alldocube yesterday). Redmi Pad 4GB despite being RM88+ (sale) is a much better choice. MIui is also better in terms of tablet optimization. It will also have 2 OS updates + security updates. Much better G99 CPU, bigger 10.6" 90hz display, Atmos - crucial for movies. IMO, out of all those, widevine L1+atmos, security and OS updates are the most important. Any hardware without updates will feel old very quickly, despite being useable.

With no widevine l1 support, Netflix will only max out at 480p. The same would be for other paid streaming services. That's a major deal breaker. All that great hardware goes to waste. It's why I stayed away from the iplay 20.

But I don't know which is more scummy - Netflix's DRM or the fact that so few of these Chinese tablets ever communicate this fact despite branding itself as a media consumption tablet. While I do like supporting underdog brands, with other competing brands around similar or slightly higher price points, it's not a straightforward buy. As a game emulation (up to ps2 and gamecube) and productivity machine, yeah it's a good buy.

Of course the contents aren't Hollywood movies, but you can watch many popular animes and K-Dramas on those applications. Never think Hollywood movies is the only entertainment in the world.

Also, my iPlay 50 seems to have a screen protector already stuck on. After peeling the factory plastic, it looks (and feels) like another protector is applied. Can anyone confirm? I don't want to start peeling off a legitimate part of the screen!
