I’m not a vegan, I’m not going to eat vegan food, but Breedlove ought to do a couple more of these. Breedlove has done years of research trying what is available in the parks and he’s narrowed it down to the winners. That knowledge should be passed on to viewers who WILL eat vegan.

I am GF and have never had issues getting something at the sit down restaurants or the large quick service. Small quick service/snacks are WAY harder and more limited. Thank god for dole whip lol

I love the fact that Breedlove is with Emma for this. The wonderful teacher teaching a willing student. When I heard Emma say zero calorie, I thought "is this really zero calories or just since you're in Disney World, Disney calories don't count?" Then, when I heard what it was, I was like, "Oh, that makes sense" hahaha. I was also happy to see Emma got her pickle she wanted! I love the fact that some of these choices are things that the All Ears Team loves already without knowing it was vegan.

I love this video :) I am a dietitian and I think people need to learn about plant based/forward foods that are in Disney World! Disney did a good job with the kids meal healthier options. It's all about balance, sure it's great to have some "amusement park" foods but if you are there for DAYS, putting some plants in your body is a great idea! Like Emma said, there are only so many corn dog nuggets you can take! (I'm a big fan of you all and If you ever need help with healthy ideas I can consult! I'm to Disney World again in September!)

Really happy about this video because the food situation is still one thing I'm really intimidated by when thinking about going to Disney World. With Disneyland it's extremely easy to get food outside the park and bring it in (there's even an entire vegan shopping center down the street.) I mainly bring in food because it save money and a lot of the vegan food there is really basic like pretzels or they're in restaurants that are really hard to get reservations for but with Disney World it seems really inconvenient to get food outside to bring in. Definitely will need this video.

Oh there are so many more options at WDW than Disneyland - it’s much easier! I recommend Princess and the Bear, Vegan Disney Food and Vegan Disney Food as resources for your trip! You’ll love the foodie options - there are so many more varied and delicious options than what was shown in this particular video (although I very much appreciate it, too)!

I’d love to see more of these! It’s so hard to tell what’s plant based or not on the Disney world app which makes the thought of finding something vegan to eat at the parks quite intimidating. The list on the all ears website got us through our last trip without feeling like we were missing out on anything! Also, I recommend the beyond garlic toast at the Regal Eagle in Epcot, it’s not vegan as a side on the menu but when we asked, they got us the vegan version and we got it every time we went to Epcot because it was so good

I really enjoyed this video. I am a meat eater through and through, nothing excites me more than a steak at Le Cellier or Yachtsmen. That said, I really appreciate this video bc I’d like to cut my meat intake. Vegan never speaks to me; it kind of puts me off- but I have to say, these choices looked delicious! I pledge to try these items on my next trip- I want to expand my horizons. That Banh Mih sandwich looked great; as did the mousse, hummus platter and the smoothie. And I love the pairing of BreedLove and Emma. They both exude sweetness and kindness. ❤️

I have been a vegetarian myself for 15 years, and am personally ok with things like eggs and cheese. However, I am very confused on how the House chips and Kringle are vegan. Please correct me if I'm wrong, I'm not trying to be hateful. For the House Chips, are they not fried in animal fat? It would be amazing if they used vegetable oil, but I know that can be a little more expensive and less flavorful, so it is not as commonly used. Also, with the Kringle, they specifically said in the video it is topped with milk chocolate. Does this place use a dairy free milk chocolate and it just wasn't stated? Again, I'm not trying to be hateful, so sorry if it comes off that way. I was genuinely curious, because my family and I are planning a trip in January of next year, and it is nice to see the plant based options!

Good video. Love to see Breedlove! However, it must be said that Impossible burgers or Impossible meat in general have the issue of tasting like meat. Although plant-based, it tastes like meat and tons of vegans/vegetarians do not like the taste of meat. Outside of Animal Kingdom, we found it difficult to find a normal veggie burger that was not made of Impossible meat. Disney and Universal seem not to recognize this. Bravo to AK at least.

I'm vegan.. been almost my entire life, but honestly, the vegan food at the park is just not my jam at all. Cooking plant based is an art. I love my own food, since I been cooking since I was 8 😅, but it's hard to find cooks who can whip up a creative great tasting vegan meal, unless they are plant based cooks, or really understand the science behind food and enjoy being creative. Though I appreciate that the parks try to accommodate us.

I could be a vegetarian and be perfectly happy but not vegan. I like my dairy too much. I would have liked to have seen more food and less snacks but still an interesting educational video. There used to be a great vegetarian sandwich at Backlot, I don't remember if it had cheese on it so it might even have been vegan. I always got it when I was there. There also used to be a good vegan burger at SciFi Drive in. Not sure if they still have it, I think it was a big old mushroom.

I love Breedlove and no hate to him at all- but aside from the banh mi sandwich and Tonga toast, these options are sooo basic and not realistic to be satisfied during your vacation. I’ve been vegan for almost a decade and Disney has really amazing food all over property- Places like satuli canteen, Ronto roasters, grand Floridian cafe, steakhouse 71, nomad lounge and pretty much the entire garden graze at Epcot just to name the ones off the top of my head. I don’t understand the focus on potato chips/barrels, pb&j and bread when you can get those things literally anywhere. Again, no hate to anyone at all ears but I’m disappointed by this one

Talking about chocolate being poisonous to dogs my husband had a dog once that ate a whole chocolate cake without him and his family realizing it till after the fact and some how survived.

Chocolate isn't that poisonous, the caffeine is the problem. Dogs typically won't have an issue unless they eat a big chunk of pure chocolate.

Can you eat at Disney hotels like the Swan without a ticket for the park or a reservation at that hotel? We fly a day before our park tickets start and we are staying offsite but I'm wondering if I could still book a Disney restaurant in a hotel for that first night?

Yes, you can. My daughter and I have eaten at several restaurants at the Swan and at the Dolphin even though we were not guests of those hotels.

You can eat at all the hotels without hotel reservations. You should just have a restaurant reservation.
