Releasing these so-called prisoners was a serious mistake. I am truly baffled by the state of security in Sierra Leone. I attribute this to the lack of proper security measures. How can it be that there are 🔐🔐🔐🔐🔐padlocks securing the doors of prisoners, no CCTV cameras, and inadequate doors? It's simply unacceptable.

Security at the prison was lax, they weren't expecting it. No one from Wilberforce contacted them and those in charge weren't there. Even when they woke up to gunfire they didn't do anything.
