You can see how the pilots touched down way before the touchdown markers to ensure they will have as much runway as possible to slow down with.

Not really, it was a normal landing - you can see him pass completely over the runway touchdown marks (not the threshold marks) - confirmed by the solid bars passing next (aiming point marks.) Probably touched down about 700' from threshold.
