I know this is 4 years ago... but just to note, when you deleted that scene, you deleted it off the USB, and NOT off the console as you described... So you did end up loosing a scene there! The delete in that USB tab, only applies to the USB files... the delete you thought you were pressing would only be displayed when you are in the normal SCENES button / tab.... Which you probably already know, more for others watching! :) Great video! Thanks!

hi mark! i have a concern with my qu24 the fx wont turn on at all. recently the dc to dc board was replace due to no auido output. now i am testing it fx wont come on. hope to hear from u. thanks -rod from PH

the soundboard at my church has a password, and unfortunately no one remembers it anymore, and it is impossible to do any operation on the mixer, such as using Eq, Comoressores... will it be that when you reset the factory settings Will we return to normal use?

Just wanted to ask what if accidentally cleared a scene something that I had but I never backed it up will a reset mix settings get me that scene that I accidentally cleared or erased?

I'm trying to format my usb drive, but it's not supporting, which usb drive will better. I have tried on SanDisk 16 GB and Hp Ultra drive 16 GB.

How do you backup or restore multiple scenes at the same time?

Does the admin account come password protected by default? I cannot find this in the quick start or reference guide. I am guessing that no passwords are included. What I want to do is backup the scenes, perform a hard reset & reload the scenes. Must you be logged in as admin to save scenes to a USB? Thanks!
