Thank you so so much you saved me a huge headache…. My mum in law rents and the landlord put a new control in 😳. But he hadn’t set it up correctly, I could tell this as it was 29 at mums and it was set to 22 . After watching a few videos it still wouldn’t sync. Then you said at the beginning turn of the electric 🤔…🤗 then I did as you said it worked immediately 😅 Many thanks xx

Hi Alan , I've had a RT500RF stat controlling a Vaillant EcoTEC Plus 837 for a good few years. Just wondering about being able to monitor & control away from home and learning there are newer controllers like IT500. Just wondered if you knew whether I could buy an iT500 and it would automatically connect to the existing receiver alongside my boiler? or would it need a newer matching receiver?

@@AliReza-xi7os You can reset the thermostat by taking the batteries out and leaving them out for 30 mins. But there will still be a default heating schedule. Do you want to have a set schedule or do you just want to turn the heating up and down manually? Thanks

Hi yes I would like to have a set schedule. I have set it at the moment were I can manually increase the temperature. But would like it on a timer in the winter. At the moment there is a few scheduled which I would like to reset.

Hello I'm in a appartement with a global heater for the building. I only have access to the digital salus controller. Radiators stop working for me, it's working for some neighbors but not me. I reseted it, I changed batteries, use manual mode to turn up the temperature, but nothing is happening.

@@mikefogo9912 depending on your boiler it may be possible to adjust how sensating the hw flow sensor is .or you may have pree heat on its unlikely to be the stat .unless Ur settings are to cock . Try turning stat off to rule that out .
