This is by far the best and most helpful AS Chemistry channel I've watched. Anyway, sir will you do any hybridisation videos in the near future?

Very helpful! My exam is tomorrow and was really frustrated as I just couldn't get lattice structures but this has really broken it down for me.

Isn’t each carbon atom in graphite bonded to 3 others? The structure here has each C bonded to 4 others. And in diamond each C seems to be bonded to 5 others, but I think it’s supposed to be bonded to 3 others. Is it a mistake or am I missing something?

hi sir, in the diamond molecule i can see one carbon which has 6 bonds branching out of it ? hows that possible if carbon only has 4 electrons on its outer shell?
