I have one. It is not the fastest velomobile, but it may be the most practical.

Most practical? Please explain that. I'd love to understand what makes a velomobile more, or less, practical.

I don’t know exactly what they’re referring to, but I would think an all aluminum/riveted is easier to repair by the end user, and seems to have a very generous amount of cargo space. I wonder what kind of hood/cover options are available?

@@deezynar it is pretty robust. Somebody sat on mine and made a huge dent in the front, but I kicked it out and carried on. A carbon special might have been written off. There is a very well designed bumper at the front to handle small impacts, and an aluminium beam within that to absorb larger impacts. A car pulled out of a junction ahead of me and I hit it at some speed in the front wing. The bumper just popped back out. The wheels are very accessible and the turning circle is small. You can put stuff in the back and it won't rub against the wheel or get oily. I have a lockable boot (trunk) on mine. I can leave my puncture repair kit and helmet and cycling shoes with the bike...

@@kitwolf2857 Excellent. Thank you. I really like the part about the tight turning circle. All of those points are good to have. Sort of like a wife who isn't great looking, but shows you respect, and affection, and loves to do domestic things.
