All-Father was made by Jack Gore the creator of Hog/Scorched. He's like an alternate take(Jack Gore's) of the OG 2011X like how Bandado is to Lord X like that. Jack Gore is like close friends with most the creators incl Joe that's why they allowed him to use their exes into his lore. All-Father's lore is that he is the creator of all exes. He wants exes to continue and make an influence in society and media. If he is weak he will consume the weakest exe if deemed necessary. Overall The All-Father is like very OP and he also has a True Form as well.
