I fixed it by stretching the Psoas muscle and fixed anterior tilt. Make sure u don’t have a tilted pelvis!

had a *kind* doctor try to untangle my varicocele on first surgery, testical shrivelled up and became dead, no feeling. this lead to me losing that teste due to cancer concerns. initial problem was a heaviness in my scrotum and dull constant pain.

But I will still advise you to practice some sports to increase blood flow, Don't eat things that will provoke inflammations and also try not to bath with hot water/ tubs.
