Has anyone ever watched Devon Rodriguez Draw people commuting on the NY Subway?He just sits there scribbling along.... no Photos or iPad. And the details are just phenomenal! It's mostly monochrome, but such Quality of work you almost think there is color on the paper...

I did the same thing on the same trains, so I can tell you that it's fake. It's rare that you'll find someone on for the long ride so getting as much detail as he gets in every piece is impossible. You also have the swaying train and crowds getting in your way to deal with. I'd love to believe but I can't. They know he's drawing them and they notice the camera as well. We're all super aware on the train... noticing your surroundings is necessary for survival in the subways. I'd catch the occasional person falling asleep and get a good portrait, but most are just decent sketches... there's no time for detailed shading and highlights without the sitter knowing and agreeing to ride for a long time acting oblivious. He is very talented though!

If you knew, how much I was so Not interested in what the algorithm had sent me. But then, I got kind of 'sucked-in' watching a bit and discovering all these talented artists. Then, I started to make up my own favorites and finally was very much moved by this Video.

How do I figure out which episodes go together in the series? I would like to watsh from star to finish of one year, but it is nearly inpossible. I love that you load all up, but if there is a possibility to make an order (by name or year) it were much better. Thank you so far.

Wow, from the self protraits at <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="240">4:00</a> ca, i think the one before the women with the green background and the one after her were fantastic and the green background looked like cartoonish off. I am sometimes really baffled by the judges tastes. It sometimes feels, like the uglier the portrait, the more praise from the judges it gets.
