Loved working on crow and the flying pigeon. I'm lifting off in crow but still working on flying pigeon. It's so nice to know that everyone is at a diff level in yoga and it's not always about making that perfect pose. Thank you for teaching that. I have also learned to listen to my body more about what IT needs not just what I want to do. Thank you for being a great teacher, not just for yoga but also bringing the practice into our everyday lives and trying to be better human beings. Much love Allie 😙🙏💗

Absolutely loved this practice. Definitely helped quiet my mind better and practice cultivating strength not just for crow and flying pigeon but also for pincha and handstand.

Ooooooh yeah! Just did crow pose for the first time without one feet touching the ground. Your cues are everything. The way you explained made me feel super comfortable to finally fly 🤍

Great instruction for the crow, crane and pigeon pose. I managed my crow pose for so many sec today that I lowered myself down instead of falling out of it as I usually do haha. So happy about that :D As for the pigeon pose, I can get to the point where it's time to lean forward and balance on my hands but the pressure on my arms is just too much when I try it so I don't know how the heck I'm going to get into that pose, nevermind lifting the leg! oh well, one day...

Amazing class! I love your teaching. Great unique flows, loved the Lizard Sun Sals, and awesome cuing. You have a great flow with short rests and reconnections to the breath and present moment in between. Thank you for creating wonderful classes!! I'm such a picky yogi :D

Thank you for this flow! I have been able to do crow with knees on the outside of my arms for years now. But I haven't been able to do crow with knees under the pits/back of arms (as in your advanced version in this flow) because my knees really hurt my arms! I would so appreciate any suggestions!

Great class! A piece of criticism I have for you is, if you are not an Indigenous person please do not use the word "tribe" especially in referring to a group of people (your audience) who is not an actual Indigenous Tribe. If this comes as a surprise to you feel free to explore the many resources available on google as to why this is inappropriate. Thanks for the great video and I hope you consider my feedback.

I have a strong crow pose, but Galavasana is not so easy for me - partly because I am super tight in the IT band/outer hip. I can balance in Fig 4 with crow arms, but don’t feel stable enough to extend the back leg. Any tips for that?

Hi Halien! Thanks for stepping on the mat with me and a major congrats on creating a strong crow pose & being able to balance in fig 4 - that's a huge achievement in itself, babe! It's difficult for me to offer advise here since I can't see your specific body & don't know its history. Since you are aware of ITB tightness, are you doing anything to release/stretch that area or seeing a PT? As a very, very general idea, you may be able to use a block under the forehead or under the back leg to explore where your balance is. And please give yourself the time & space to practice & celebrate the progress you've made, babe. xx
