Around 4:15 . I explain why you need to use a level… This is a straight match which means that any peculiarities on a given sheet is on the same place on the sheet next to it… Just join them using a level

I’m using a 3D checker pattern by the same company, Super Fresco, and concerned about using a smoother. Is there another tool that could be used in lieu of The traditional smoothing tool?

Great question! Read the directions of the wallpaper and I bet you that it suggests the smoother type best suited for that product. If it doesn’t, use a conventional plastic smoother.
