I personally think people that go bow fishing just for the sport, are the ones who messed up the limit on Alligator Gar. Years ago, I would see idiots go bow fishing and shoot everything fish they see and just throw the fish away. Especially the big Alligator Gars and the people who really really love to catch and eat this delicious type of fish, are the ones who are suffering from the limits. The real people who love the taste of Alligator Gar. Long time ago, certain type of people called the Alligator Gar, trash fish. Now they wanna say they are going instinct just to profit off the people who love to harvest and feed their families with gar. Pathetic, really pathetic. Only take what you are going to eat, but some people don't have the opportunity to fish every day.
