It's difficult to tell but if the newer motherboard has HDMI 2 or 2.1 then only it can support 4K resolution otherwise it will stream it in 1080p

I am described bug in fire tv stick 4k (all versions) 1. Volume is very low while while watching in 4k projector if i use volume booster then it will not works in Netflix app( All new firetv stick version bug 2. Usb detected only in Fat 32 format( means u can't watch any 4k movie through usb storage ( storage limit to 4gb Netflix doesn't support properly in 4k resolution in fire tv stick 4k Volume button works only when u connect any bluetooth speaker or soundbar devices
