*YES!!* 😀 I'm excited to see how nice you'll make it look buddy! Glad it turns over but that crank has sure seen better days! 😂 Nothing that can't be fixed though. Hopefully you can grab that Power Wagon too! 😉🔧

Was hoping not to rebuild since I'm going to have the added expense of rear tires, but I can tell already its going to need overhauling. Its only 80 years old, you would think it would last longer than that. Probably couldn't get that power wagon til spring now. I'd bet where its sitting, the snow is 5 or 6 feet deep.

Wow! This one is definitely in rough shape, and kind of interesting that it doesn’t have an oil filter. I’ve never seen that before. Looks like it’s gonna be quite the challenge, but I know it’s going to look 100 times better when it’s finished😀👍. Looking forward to what you have planned for it.

Thanks Cody! I've decided it will have an oil filter by time I'm done with it.

Excellent, glad to see ya back at it. I ended up getting new tires for my WD45. They are mounted to the rims and just need to find the time to put em on. Went with BKT, 14.9-28 from Simple Tire. Little less than $1000 delivered for both. The original Goodyear Duratorques are discontinued and could not find anything used.

Rear tires can be spendy! I found some 11.2 -24's for this tractor for $600 with tunes delivered

Oh man Jason, you done got yourself a ground up project tractor this time brother! I like it! Hopefully there won’t be too many surprises in the restoration. After seeing what you did last time I can’t wait for how this turns out!

@@sparksfireandbalingwire8467 it's a sh*t show in the oil refinery 🤣, have to laugh or I'd cry. Weathers been hit or miss, also dealing with insurance because some 16 year old got to close on a backroad and broke my f250 drivers side mirror (who knew that thing cost $1200!) Thank God for dashcams, and 1 week away from working 7/12s until April. Family is happy and healthy though so cant ask for more than that.

Whenever I would start a project like this my dad would ask me how much the guy paid me to take it! I was just using my backhoe, which I put together from a 1946 WD block and a 1955 wd45, plus several other scattered bits and pieces, to clear snow yesterday. It is very satisfying to do those things.

I have a filter housing and rear wheels and tires in Ohio. Might be a ways away though. I’m removing the engine and making wheel adapters to run 8 lug combine wheels on mine for my son for pulling
@sparksfireandbalingwire84674 жыл бұрын
Does the filter housing just bolt on without any other modifications?
@justinblain9284 жыл бұрын
@@sparksfireandbalingwire8467 yes. It has a pressure line from pump at back of engine to the bottom of housing and that’s it. A cork gasket and the housing needs to be flat to not leak. The Wc Wd wd45 b c ca all took the same one
