He did GOOD and there's a lot of good firewood in that tree. I dearly love to dig stumps but I usually start 6 or 8 feet away from the trunk and start busting roots. With a dozer or loader I do like he did and go around but with the loader you always have the advantage of a bucket curl leverage. With a hoe and the tree attached I dig around 3 sides and hinge it on the 4th side VERY easy. That hard dry ground don't turn loose without a fight, especially one that big but if you can get it to shake, it'll come.................eventually. Just have to keep worrying it. That 110 has a SWEET lick and the torque converter and decellerator is CHOICE! Thanks and GBWYall!~
@bigcal363 жыл бұрын
I added the decel myself, as they werent available from the factory with one until 55 with the release of the 21 and 16. Its awesome in trees, not needed as much pushing dirt but I bet it would have been nice pushing scrapers.
@lewiemcneely91433 жыл бұрын
@@bigcal36 You did a FINE job on the whole machine. And when you back up it acts like you're in #2 notch which is good about pushing because you can get the torque converter into the deal and put the traction to the ground instead of just spinning. I pushed pans with a 6-C and a 8-H and if you could get the pan skinners to let you catch them on the fly (cut about 4 to 6 inches) you could really move some dirt and have a blast doing it. That 110 has a FINE lick to it. I've always been a 2-cycle fan since a small kid. GBWYall!
