I was privileged to watch all of this, this evening. Her breathtaking beauty extends to her clear, pitch perfect, singing. She sings so many great, and beautiful, old Hymns loved by her, her Nana, and me; that were also loved by my Mother. She also sang many modern Hymns written in these days by people such as Simon, Kristopher, and Willie. A great one and three/quarter hour of listening.

Was led here from a very positive NYT Book Review of Ms. Moorer's new memoir on raising her autistic son, "I Dream He Talks to Me". Love this music, this voice. I care for a parent with dementia. I felt like "True Colors" was just for her. Thank you.

I've watched the video of you singing Carrickfergus with Ally Bain and Phil Cunningham almost every day since you did it. It's awesome. Just wondered if you would ever consider doing an acoustic version like you do in this video? I'm not a singer but you made me attempt it on my old acoustic. I could never manage 'your' key so did it in my own lower key. Keep on rockin' Allison. x
