Allison transmission neutral switch

There is a rod with a spring and rollers, which connects to the prndl of neutral safety switch. I didn’t see you put that part in, and it’s the only part I think I screwed up on! Great video, btw! Thank You!

@@bluestraveler3093 it’s a plug and play. You can do a hard reset on it if you want. You can also do the reset with your shifter.

TCM fuse or relay may be giving you that issue. Those are the first 2 things you want to check

Hey Joe, I'm having a issue with the truck ... it a 2005 international 4300 466dt with a automatic allison transmission.. all of sudden the backup lights stop working and have no backup lights. I check all the wires connections and all good . I'm thinking its the backup light switch Can u tell me where it's located?

What year or what transmission was this one? I have the problem where my shifter won't come out park , if I shut it off and re start truck, it will shift out park, my brakes do work when this problem occurs to sort out brake switch

You need to check your park solenoid at the shifter. The brake switch powers the coil so the park lever can be move out of park.

Do you torque the valve body bolts?

They are suppose to be torqued down. Now I just do it by feel. I’ll message you the torque specs tomorrow if you need them Erik

Hey Jose. Uno de los seyos de el tambor de 1 y 2 o el de 3 y 4 a de estar roto (fugando). Clutch pack molded piston. Trabajava bien antes de cambiarlos. Cuanto sedimento encontraste en la tapa de transmission.

Hey guys, I have a 2018 3500 truck with Allison tranny, yesterday I was backing up really slow and I stared feeling a bug on the transmission. 3 seconds later bangggg it stared flashing red and it would not move. All my gears in forward are good. Just having the problem on reverse.
