Do you have to bleed the air out the line. I changed mine but it soft when i turn the car on then get hard after a few minutes?

well, for sure that was a good test run for the top side! nicely dine and surely way more easy than with rattle cans! 🤣wonder if i put that color on my 30 yrs old stone chipped otherwise rust free convert, would need 120 bucks of rattle cans for blue metallic amd tue same for 2 k top coat or more! 😅😅😅

Hi Joe, I see that you were using Interstate Mcbee parts in this video. Do you prefer them over Highway & Heavy Parts? Can you tell which one is more recommended. I have 2015 international 4300 maxxforce. Not sure if my crankcase breather is serviceable. I have it dissamble unitl last part. Not sure what is called. Cap cover, then you can separate the disc to clean. Any advice? Thank you

Hey Joe.I have a 2012 international with a Maxxforce Dt. every now and then it will blow a lot of white regeneration smoke but it doesn’t call for a regen was I stop accelerating the smoke stops any idea what it could be?

Smoking white or grey when regen occurs is normal due to extra fuel being dump to make the exhaust temp rise. It depends how often it smokes and for how long. White smoke could also be caused by coolant leaking into combustion chambers or exhaust system.

Hey Joe. Quick question 04 dt466 Fluttering during accerlation .. I can make a turn and have pedal down to the floor. It takes it about 1 min or so for the fuel to catch up to speed then it's fine. Any thoughts what I should check? Thank you in advance

Joe, if the egr cooler is plugged. Will that cause a high oil pressure?

@@JoesBusBarn Thanks for your reply Mr. Joe. I been having issues with my 2013 international durastar. I began getting blue smoke out of the tail pipe. When I first bought it I had to replace the injectors and the high pressure fuel pump. And recently with the smoke coming out. I just replaced both turbos because mechanics said the oil seal may be compromised. But unfortunately I’m still getting blue smoke. The reason I ask about the oil pressure is because the oil pressure at idle use to be around 20 psi and at highway speed only got up to 50ish psi. But now at idle it hovers around 35 to 45 psi. At highway speeds oil pressure gets up to 60 and slightly above. Oh yeah I also replaced the oil pressure regulator on the side of the filter housing. This is why I’m thinking that the egr may be plugged and overwhelming the turbo exhaust. And that’s why I’m getting blue smoke. Any thoughts?

@@bluestraveler3093 it’s a plug and play. You can do a hard reset on it if you want. You can also do the reset with your shifter.

I have a truck with the same engine and when you first start it up it is running rough enough to lose throttle response. After a little bit the throttle response comes back. The truck runs good enough to drive when you unplug the icp. With it plugged in you lose throttle response all together. Do you have a way to get ahold of you to talk about it?

There is one injector that is squirting a lot of oil from the top for some reason. I already replaced the oil rail pucks and the one o ring that seals the port that connects the rail to the head. I also replaced the valve cover gasket.

I have a 2012 durastar 4300 with a dt466e that I've turned into a camper and im having to add coolant every few hundred miles, no leaks on the ground or mixing with the engine oil, suspecting EGR cooler? So you raised the engine? How did you do that? I was wondering if there was something else going on when i seen you take off the engine mount. Im about to take on this job myself here timing chain kit just arrived. I have never done this kind of a job on the car but i have no choice. If there are any tips or tricks you can give me that would be great! Same car. Im nervous about taking off the engine mount. Do i just use a floor jack for the engine?

Greetings, great video! I have the same ac unit and the blower motors were working fine but all of a suffer went to 1/2 operation. 2 fans and not 4 working . After about 20 hrs all the fans stopped working . Searching for the wiring diagram for the unit are scarce. My question is , is there any resistors(blower) in the inside unit that can cause the fans to be inop?
