I also find I would get anxiety in the afternoons and found that it was actually the caffeine I had been drinking in the morning going through my system! It depends on the person, but I found that limiting my caffeine consumption during the day helped get rid of afternoon/evening feelings of anxiety. Much love xx

I was going to suggest this too! I used to get very anxious in the afternoon and had to reduce my caffeine.

Fiona Didato this is exactly why I don’t drink caffeine anymore! I also found myself getting anxiety later in the day and cutting caffeine really helped. I still drink coffee every single day, but I stick to decaf only :)

Thank you for sharing your life like this - it’s hard to explain what exactly it is but sometimes it actually makes me cry, like the light energy that you exude through your videos, whether it’s simply cleaning or making lunch, your music choice, being excited about an afternoon iced coffee.. all of it I guess! Here's a good recipe to try with bowtie noodles, my grams called it macoroni salad. It's just noodles, ranch, cucumbers, tomato's and sweet onions. Sooo yummy.
