Allison Chase Im a huge fan of chanel make up but don’t use much of their skincare, I like the sublimate vanilla scrub, I love the jasmine body oil and the hydra beauty spray which I find so hydrating and refreshing after make up, the scent of that spray makes me happy too x

@Allison Chase, I use the Chanel Le Lift Restorative Cream Oil and have since it originally launched. It is a beautiful product that works well for my mature, dry skin.

Allison, thank you so much for the video! I was so excited to listen to your opinion, because I fall in love with this skincare. I have never tried anything better for my skin! I see the result: more firmed, more hydrated and smoothed skin with no problems at all. I've used the previous line with pleasure and now I use the new one with more enjoy and delight!! The eye cream is amazing... its texture like a balm)) Of course, if it works on my skin, it doesn't mean that it will work for everyone, but I strongly recommend all my friends firstly to try it and then make their own conclusions! As to alcohol - all the alcohol is "denatured" and totally harmless for the skin, it doesn't penetrate into the skin at all. I have personally have no problems during 3 years of usage. Thank you one more time!!

Hi Alison, I actually prefer the “old” Le Lift line to the new one. The serum was creamy yet light, and I did see results from the eye cream. The new face cream gave me irritation on my neck (and really strong one), but was fine on the face, really The verdict is that I much prefer Dior Capture Totale line to the Le Lift. That one is genius. It’s soft and gentle yet it’s very effective. I however love Chanel hydra beauty line and of course Sublimage🥰

Hi Allison, I use the Chanel le lift eye cream. I used to use RoC. RoC is full of chemicals - it works, but for an eye cream it’s quite harsh. Chanel cream is 83% natural ingredients. It’s extremely gentle to the eyes. Within a week I started noticing changes, the dark circles faded away. However I have bad under eye bags, which is caused by hypothyroidism - so the cream is addressing some under eye bags, not a whole lot. Overall I like the eye cream. Thank you for your video!💕💕💕

Allison, I have the older version of the Le Lift face cream & did not have any issues & like the immediate results. I’m not sure if there was the same alcohol in the older version. I’m glad you are reviewing the newer version because I prob will not repurchase if it has alcohol so high on the ingredient list. Thank you for researching & reviewing!! 😊❤️

I do not use Le lift line except for the eye cream. I use the hydra beauty eye cream then I use le lift alongside with it. At night I use the Sisley eye mask on top of the eye cream. I use just a smidge and so far it works. I tried the testers in the store , when we could actually do that, and I did not like the texture or feel of the product at all. Thanks for your research. ❤️

Allison Chase so happy you like it and a very little goes a long way. It will serve you well for a long time. I always get nervous telling people how wonderful a product is and if they do not like it I feel badly for the money spent. Whew 😅 glad it is working well .

I sure hope you do not get backlash from products you recommend and others do not like it. To me it is like a restaurant or food. We have our opinions and it is merely a recommendation when we tell people. I sure hope most of all are kind.!

I have been using the Face and eye cream from the Le Lift line and had no problem. The serum on the other hand can irritate my skin so I don’t use that all the time. I don’t think I’ll repurchase the face serum but I do like everything else. By the way I love the new Sublimage La Lotion Exfoliante!

I have been using Le Lift eye cream, serum, lotion and creme. My skin does look a lot better but hasn't erased lines. My eyes do seem a lot less puffy and dark underneath. Not too sure I'll be replenishing these after I finish them. Of all the Chanel skin care lines I have used, Le Lift works best for me.

Hello Alli 😘❤ I've used the Le Lift line. Actually I finished a couple of weeks ago. To be honest eye cream didn't do anything lol I liked the cream Le Lift. It worked very nice on me but I'm usually not bothered by alcohol (probably because of my oily skin). However I will not repurchase because as I get older I think alcohol will start affecting my skin too. Great video xoxo

Hi Allie! Thanks for the research you did on this video! I love the Le Lift Serum but did notice the alcohol when I initially purchased it. I find that using the entire line definitely does aggravate my skin, but when I just use the serum and then use a Hydra beauty moisturizer after my skin looks flawless. Maybe the hydrating cream replenishes the moister so the alcohol has less effect? Do you have any thoughts? Love you lots gorge❤️

Hi Kelsey! I also love the Hydra Beauty line! I don’t think it’s a bad idea to mix the Le Lift serum with the HD moisturizer if you’re not experiencing any issues with it 😄

I do use the serum and have no issues with it....but that makes the only Chanel skin care I use...most of my skincare come from Timeless skincare. Go and check them out! Did you ever get the Sisley eye mask?

Allison Chase if you have dry under eyes try using the Sisley eye mask and then use your concealer. Just need a tiny amount. .

As I commented on your Instagram I have been using the old Le Lift version with no problems whatsoever. I guess that is why they didn't change the Eye Serum because maybe that kind of alcohol would eventually damage the eyes. I have watched Dre Dre does makeup talk and analyze the types of alcohol used in skincare and she knows what she is talking about I am sure as she is a Biochemist if I am correct and works for Chanel too. I have my doubts as to the type of alcohol used in this new Serum and Face Cream, that is why I only ordered the Eye Cream. I don't know how Chanel after such research that they do in order to come out with something new, they would jeopardize the products efficacy by adding a type of alcohol which would be damaging. But I wouldn't want to spend that much money to test it. I have though used the Hydra Beauty Serum which has alcohol and I had better hydration results than the Hydra Beauty Micro Serum.

Oh Alli, just ordered the creme riche and the eye cream.. I also wanted to add the night cream.. I tried the old formula of the cream in several samples and found it effective. The eye cream was already part of my skin care some time ago... Now I am on the fence.. Guess I should have watched your video before.. But it's not too late.. 😂Loved the Dior Capture Totale line and I am now using Estee Lauder..would you prefer the Dior capture totale line over the Chanel Le Lift when looking at ingredients?! I loved the old formula. I bought the new formula when it came out (the eye cream and face creme) and they are NOT the same. I’m not impressed at all - my face looks worse since I started using the formula. Perhaps I’ll try Dior Capture line or a recommendation. Skincare is expensive - we at least want our money’s worth.
