I love this blue eye look Alli! I’m a big fan of bright blues and periwinkle blues also!❤. I had a similar experience trying to return a lipstick to Lisa Eldridge…..the shade online appeared different when I received it. When I tried returning it they told me that I can order a new shade of my liking and just keep the shade I owned. I thought that was unusual but extremely good customer service. Love the blue periwinkle look, Allison!! Periwinkle is my favorite color. Amazon will occasionally (on their low cost items) have you just keep the items after a refund. I believe it's cheaper than shipping? But with makeup? I know in the US the makeup needs to be destroyed after a return.

I had several similar experiences with Victoria Beckham beauty (my products were unfortunately damaged) but they said “keep the remaining product and we will refund you and send you fresh products!!??” I couldn’t believe how helpful they were❤ It’s a gamble buying VB in Australia as the distance is a problem I think you have convinced me to get the blue Dior when they eventually arrive in Australia beautiful look as always 🌹💄🎹🥰🇦🇺

Blue eyeshadow is 1 of my favorite colors especially 4 the summer bc it reminds me of the ocean, have u tried the cle de pau eyeshadow quad in the shade azure blue sea? It has a dark blue & 2 really pretty lighter shades of blue, it's kinda like the Dior 1 u were using except instead of 2 dark blue shades & 1 light, it has 2 light blues & 1 dark & it's a really good formula,it's expensive but u do get a lot of product & u don't nec have 2 buy the componant bc the clear plastic case it comes in is something u can keep it in bc it has a lid 2 so u can use it as an actual eyeshadow case..it's the perfect blue eyeshadow 4 the summer,1 of the shades is very similar 2 the Chanel rivage palette,then it has a blue shade that's alittle darker kind of turquoise & then a dark blue.

I passed on all the quints - the price is nuts at £70 here in 🇬🇧. I can dupe the blue quint with my Mineralscapes and the silver/grey quint from last years Chanel and Byredo’s holiday quints. Burgundy shadow irritates my eyes so an easy pass with that quint. The coral quint just didn’t grab me. BUT I did pick up the pearlescent cobalt liner and that periwinkle blue nail polish. That will do me nicely. I love the Sisley Orchidee blush - I have the original colour version. You look lovely, as always! And a fantastic giveaway too, how kind of you! This halo eye look is just so pretty!! I’d love to see another tutorial on doing the halo eye in general because it’s a look I struggle to get right. (It tends to look muddy on me 😑) I’ve seen several folks who’ve caved and gotten the Sisley blush, and the Number 3 Coral seems to be the preferred color! It’s gorgeous, and I’m glad you mentioned that the color goes all the way through vs being a sprayover of color. VB definitely has a generous return policy!! This is SUCH a gorgeous look on you Allison💙 I have accepted that blue is just not the best look for me overall. I have tried MANY times, but the colors just really don’t suit me well with makeup. I am excited for the “boring” palette coming into day🤭. This formula looks fantastic! Okay two true stories. 1. I have had a little love affair with Sisley since trying the lipsticks and was so close to purchasing it when I placed an order from thr anorstroms sale this week🤭. I convinced myself I had ENOUGH peach and coral blushes! I did tell myself when the Sisley blushes went on sale “only” then could I treat myself.🫣 Now, I’m convinced I need it! 😩BUT I’ll be good and wait for a sale. 😏 2. I have been wearing my Sisley Rose Tokyo lipstick nonstop and have decided it’s my favorite lipstick of all time.🤭 Well upon a late and tired shift at work I swore I put the lipstick back in my purse, and at the same time threw away a wadded piece of trash away in the dumpsters outside of my office…😑Come to find out I actually THREW the lipstick away😭😭. It PAINED me to pay $70+ dollars again after only having the lipstick a few months. However, I didn’t regret it. It’s still my favorite and I can’t be without it. So I do understand and am happy you were able to be a blessing to those who love you in your situation. (Not asking to be entered in the giveaway) I thought that was very sweet of you🌺

Omg I felt that pain of throwing away that lipstick! I was convinced that I had done the same because I had cleaned my beauty room, but alas, it was just in my backpack 😅 I'm glad I found it again and can share it forward with those who want to enter. I’ve never returned anything from VBB but I’ve heard before that they refund you your money and instruct you to keep the items. I imagine if it’s less than a certain amount it probably costs them more money to ship it back to than just to let you keep it. Plus, if you give it to a friend that’s like just free PR for them.

Hi Allison! It sounds like VBB has definitely improved their customer service, which I am thrilled to hear. I purchased an eye shadow palette over a year ago that arrived with the mirror cracked on all the corners. I reached out to customer service who asked for a screenshot. The rep refused to replace the palette as he said the mirror was still functional although cracked! I haven’t ordered from VBB since.😞. Isn’t that amazing that they let you keep the product! I had an issue with Westman atelier and they did the same thing! So I gave the lipsticks to my daughter who absolutely loves them. For some reason, I cannot stand the sweet chocolatey smell of Gucci‘s new lipsticks, I am happy to hear Victoria Beckham does the same thing. I think that is so absolutely classy keeps the customer coming back and it probably saves them on shipping as well!

I bought it and it came yesterday morning, I used it and it's too light for me right now 😢 i have to layer it or dig the brush in the top color part to get a hint of color. It's beautiful but obviously they are not making stuff for anyone on the tan to darker spectrum. I have the same issue with the Dior Carnell blush it doesn't really show up guess it's gonna be middle of the winter blush or a layering blush. I got the shade 1 Because I liked the tan beige with the coral color.

I loved this video. Ya the Canadian website of Dior was weird. It said notify me yet I did get my blue quad. The polish was not up but I have a rep that is sending me 2 bottles . As for VB, I've had the same amazing experience with their customer service! I've ordered 2 eyeliners (Seafoam and Fig). I didn't like Fig at all. It was horrible imo. We can't return used goods in the EU, but I still wanted to contact their support and to complain that this particular product doesn't hold up to the usual quality of VB. They refunded me no problem. I hope people won't abuse their customer service for own gain.
