Hi, As a watcher of these types of videos, I can tell you that for me it's extremely satisfying to see a whole room/cupboard/drawer/surface/area cleared and then it's washed (vacuumed/dusted/wiped/deep-cleaned etc). I understand that often it gets dirty again in the process (especially building ikea furniture/ painting etc) same goes for the furniture itself; as soon as it's fully assembled (or even during assembly) it gets 100% decanted (all stickers removed) and cleaned. Again, even if it gets dusty by the time you put new things in it (and has to be cleaned once again before the final first use), it's satisfying to see. I so far am very much enjoying your nesting videos and this makeover, you got the ffw speeds at a sweet spot for viewing and the music is nonintrusive and not louder than your voice, so good job on these. If, however you're wondering how to improve, this little detail (cleaning stuff - perhaps a bit excessively) is something I personally like viewing and is part of the satisfaction I get from videos such as these :) Here's a comment along the like; keep up the nice work! :)

Love the panels on the wall - they bring a great accent feature and look great around the dresser. Love the light and mirror - the colors blend so well in the room. How great is that wall paper - your daughter has a pretty picture to look at from her crib

The nursery is pretty. I went with more primary colors for my kid's room because it was/is supposed to good for their developing eye sight. That was 23 years ago though. I had a whole changing table for him (this is just an anecdote) but always ended up changing him on a blanket on the floor or the sofa. 😂🤷🏻‍♀️

Hi, love the video and congratulations on your new family addition! You're a badass for doing this while making your little human haha. I had a couple questions: 1) were the blue tape markers for the wall molding measured out at all or were they just for a rough idea? 2) when you bought the molding and you said your husband custom cut them, how and what did he use to do that? Do the moldings come as rectangles? This is by far the best, most convenient, and affordable video I've found for a DIY for those. They look amazing too! Hoping I'm able to do something similar. Hi there! So glad you love the DIY! If you find my master bedroom diy video I show cutting the pieces and even link a blog post I followed! I put up tape twice while doing this. 1st time is to get a rough idea of where I want the molding and then I figure out the exact dimensions that work (like lining it up with the top of the door frame or making sure the panels are evenly spaced apart) and then I hang the tape up accurately and with a level so hanging the trim is a breeze

I did! The snuggleme lived downstairs where we spent most of our days and was only used as a lounger for baby girl. We got a wipeable changing pad to go in its place and it saved us from lots of extra laundry since any messes simply wiped away

Mine hasn't left any marks! It all depends on what kind of mounting tape you use - the one I use in this video comes off my walls cleanly, but I've tried another kind of mounting tape from gorilla glue that lifted off some paint. You can always try putting up a small piece and see how it comes off before you commit to doing the molding!
